At Rael Hair, every order is prepared with precision and intention. Our process is designed to ensure each unit meets our quality standards before it reaches you.
1. Order Acknowledgement & Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that your order has been received and is being prepared.
Please note:
- All orders undergo a processing period of 14–21 working days
- This allows for sourcing, preparation, and quality control
- Each unit is prepared to ensure consistency, quality, and finish
You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
2. Pre-Orders
Some items may be offered on a pre-order basis.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:
- The item is not immediately available for dispatch
- The stated 14–21 working day processing timeframe applies (or longer if specified)
- Processing times may vary depending on demand or stock availability
Pre-orders are prepared with the same level of care and quality control as all Rael Hair products.
3. UK Shipping
Once your order has been processed:
- Delivery Method: Tracked & Signed
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 working days
All UK orders are sent via a signed-for service, meaning a signature is required upon delivery.
4. International Shipping
We ship worldwide, including the United States and Europe.
After processing:
- Delivery Method: International Tracked & Signed
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 working days (location dependent)
All international deliveries are sent via a tracked and signed service to ensure secure delivery.
5. Duties, Taxes & Customs
For international orders:
- You may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees
- These are determined by your local authorities and are not included in our prices
- Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the customer
Customs processing may cause delays outside of our control.
6. Delivery Requirements
All orders are shipped using signed delivery services:
- A signature is required upon delivery
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel
- Missed deliveries may result in redelivery attempts or collection from a local depot
7. Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet all timelines, delays may occur due to:
- High demand or processing volumes
- Courier service disruptions
- Customs clearance (international orders)
Rael Hair is not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses
- Additional charges may apply for redelivery or amendments
9. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received:
- Please contact the courier directly using your tracking number
- Signed delivery confirmation will be used as proof of delivery
